Sunday: CLOSED- If order is to be picked up, additional $25 fee will incur

Monday: Only TEXT and EMAIL communication. Order pickup unavailable

Tuesday-Friday: TEXT & EMAIL communication until 5pm. Operating 5PM-9PM

Saturday: 12PM-6PM

ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF OPERATION HOURS WILL BE ADDRESSED DURING OPERATIONAL HOURS

Ready to place an order?

  • LAST MINUTE orders are considered 8 days before order is needed. All orders require AT LEAST 8-10 days for completion UNLESS RUSH ORDERED. All rush orders (UNDER 8 days) are considered RUSHED and will incur a rush fee depending on date (EX: order needed in 3 days will be higher vs an order needed in 5 days). If you require shipping, please allow 14-day production time and shipping.

On average, production time is about 10-14 days. If no exact completion date is discussed, all orders will be complete in that time range

  • Full payment is required for keepsake items.
  • Party Favor/Banner orders under $125 before taxes and shipping requires full payment. Any orders greater than $125 requires 30% down day of booking. Remainder of payment to be received MONDAY before the completion date.
  • If event is SATURDAY, please list completion day as FRIDAY.
  • WITHOUT PAYMENT, ORDER IS NOT VALID
  • Orders are prioritized based on DATE PLACED and DATE NEEDED. If you do want your order beforehand, please indicate an early completion date.
  • PLEASE GIVE COMPLETION DATE WHEN EMAILING DETAILS.

 

Placed an order?

  • Please email pictures, colors, and any details to maleasclosetcom@gmail.com or complete form https://bit.ly/3OVaMHB  Please include expected date of completion or event date. Otherwise, 10–14-day production time will apply.
    • Please make sure pictures do not have filters.
    • If picture is blurred or low quality, I can not guarantee that finished product will be clear
    • I do not accept previous designs. Must be an unfinished, filter and word free picture.
  • If we discuss anything via telephone, please send those additional details via email or text 773.916.2814 so nothing is left out or forgotten.
  • Please allow 3-4 days for proofs. If you haven’t received it, please contact me via text 773.916.2814
  • Pick Up is available for all items EXCEPT Banners/Backdrops and balloons during operational hours listed above. Sunday pickup is an additional fee and must be done between 9AM and 12PM
    • Banners/Backdrops are $15 shipping and will ship to you.
    • Balloons are set up on site. Please refer to the balloon contract sent to you via email. Please sign to show acknowledgement of contract. If contract has not been sent, please text 773.916.2814
  • Proofs get 3 corrections. After that, if you are not satisfied with design, order will be cancelled, minus design fee.

Shipping?

  • Shipping can be done through USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Once order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. All orders are shipped REGULAR or PRIORITY. MALEA’S CLOSET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND ACCEPTED BY SHIPPER. Any inquiries involving orders should be directed to the shipping company.
  • To avoid shipping issues:
    1. Ensure that correct address is entered. You can update address until order is shipped.
    2. Make sure that completion date is stated. If rush order, you will have to pay rush order fee PLUS rush shipping.
  • All banners/backdrops should be approved no later than the Monday of the week due. Rush shipping for banners is different than party favors and keepsake items.

Refunds/Exchanges/Returns

  • Malea’s Closet produces CUSTOM items, therefore there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • If there is a worker’s error, adjustments will be made.
  • Please ensure to inspect orders within 24 hours of delivery for any defects or damage due to user error. If no contact involving an issue is made, it is assumed that your order is correct, and NO ISSUES WILL BE ADDRESSED AT THIS TIME.
  • If picking up, I will show you your order so that, if any errors, it can be addressed in real time.

 

Forms of Payment

  • Malea’s Closet accepts orders via Website and PayPal invoice
  • Website offers installment pay options: ShopPay, Sezzle and Afterpay. When choosing these third parties, please be familiar with their policies. I am not in control of their set policy and procedures nor if they have qualifications. Any issues with these companies, please contact them
  • If paying cash, cash must be received before work starts. Order is not considered until payment is received. 
  • Installment pay and PROMOS are NOT available with cash or any other forms of payment outside of the website
